6 years ago when we just moved to Bradford this was the best store in town. It became the worst. There is shortage of store baked bread or goods, veggies and berries are covered with mold. Dairy and meat products nearly expired or expired. Cooked food is inedible. On top of all the issues the store is extremely understaffed. They management needs to be replaced as soon as possible.

Sobeys is a nicely arranged store and has decent selection. Prices average on the higher end compared to bargain stores. Staff are helpful when you have a question. Bakery section is convenient for ordering custom cakes and other baked goods. They also have some cakes ready to grab and go.

Last Thursday was the start of the new specials. I went there to pick up their chicken balls that they advertised on sale along with st Louis pot roast that they advertised. They had neither items in store. I ask an employee and they claimed they would have them later in the day. The next morning I went back and still nothing. So the next day I gave it one more try. Still nothing and then advised that they were no longer carrying the chicken balls and still no pot roast. That's it I am done with that store. There are other places to shop witch is what I will do. Sobys is over priced and a hassle. I'm done

This Sobeys location is completely incompetent. They close the lottery terminals at 6 PM when the store does not close until 9 PM. My belief is the franchise owner is using rising inflation as an excuse to engage in price gouging to line his own pockets. As an example, multiple grocery products at this location can be found for half of the retail price or even less at Walmart and NoFrills. I highly recommend you avoid this establishment and shop elsewhere.

Clean store, fresh produce, nice bakery, good selection. I had an issue with some chicken I bought there once and was promptly taken care of - great customer service.

I absolutely love this Sobeys!! They have some amazing products that I can't find any other Sobeys. Very clean very knowledgeable and friendly staff!! Would recommend this store!

Nice selection, well laid out store. Never enough cashier's on. Always lines. The really push the self check outs that don't accept cash. Prices are comparabley high.
